Internal and external conditions that influence the business world today, place business organizations or companies under great pressure to maintain the quality and efficiency of their business. For this reason, a company today needs effective management. To be able to produce effective management, companies must be able to improve their HR capabilities so they are able to work as a team.
This increase in human resources is closely related to behavior, both individually and when interacting within a team. This fact shows the depth of competence and independence of work, which also indicates the increasing level of interdependence between individuals, units, sections, and others. Successful work in a team requires TRAINING which aims to optimize the ability, skills and willingness to work as a team

This should be a big theme that must be owned by every individual in a company so that teamwork can become a reliable work culture in achieving the goals the company wants to achieve. So, working in a team no longer seems to be just an option, but rather a necessity that needs to be taken.

Examples of Activity :

Ice Breaking (Melts the tension of each participant)

The games are set to relieve tension and break the ice before starting the group selection

Grouping (Team formation)

Election of Group Leaders, Group Names, Group Yells, Group Movements & Songs which aims to get to know each other among group members and form bonds within the group.

Competitive Games (Form a strong and compact team)

Games that are competitive between groups to show each other’s solidarity and joint achievements

Closing Games (The synergy of all groups forms a greater unity as a reflection of the company where they work)

One of the participants is assigned to bring a lighted candle. All outbound participants tried to protect the burning candles from enemy mortar attacks. Other participants direct the road so that the path leads to the specified finish line and then burn the specified rope/thread so that the written banner (company goal writing) can be opened and read by all outbound participants.

Coffee break and Lunch

In general, we serve Indonesian cuisine or dishes, but we also pay close attention to participants’ needs with a menu that can be requested. We serve coffee break and lunch once with serving times adjusted to the activity schedule.

Entertainment (entertainment)

We will prepare Acoustic Band entertainment to accompany Lunch with songs that can be requested by outbound participants and are also expected to sing along so that the atmosphere becomes more lively.

We also prepare Joged Bumbung entertainment which will be displayed during the prize distribution or competition winner announcement and we also hope that there will be interaction from the participants, especially male participants, so that the atmosphere will be even more lively.

Place of Activities

We provide a choice of activity venues with different natural settings and views ranging from mountainous areas, beaches or near the city center with a capacity of 100 – 300 participants, each with its own advantages.
